Plans have been submitted to High Peak Borough Council as part of a planning application for a detached property in Shirebrook, Glossop. The proposal extends to the side of the house, above the garage, to create a master bedroom with en-suite. At ground floor level the rear of the garage will be reconfigured to allow for a utility space and a WC whilst maintaining the garage as a storage area.
