Tameside Metropolitan Borough Council granted planning permission for the proposal to transforms a late 1960’s detached property in Stalybridge, Tameside into a 4 bedroomed, modern family home.

The scheme demolishes the existing flat roof garage and replaces it with a two storey side extension, which contains a utility room to the side of the existing kitchen and a garage to the front. A porch is added to provide a useful entrance space and a canopy over the existing front window. At first floor level a master bedroom is created with its own en suite. The house will then be rendered on three sides for a crisp, clean and modern look. The result is an impressive 4 bedroom family home.
